Une fille comme moi
Je t'aime plus que hier, moins que demain ♥
Welcome to the blog of a 17yearoldgirl, where she posts her mindless musings and ramifications.
This is extremely private;
cos this is where she dreams, sleeps and cries.
She lives.
"We can catch buses and count our change and cross the roads and talk real sentences.
but our innocence goes awfully deep,
and our discreditable secret is that we don’t know anything at all,
and our horrid inner secret is that
we don’t care that we don’t."
Merry Christmas :D

The super cute teddy bear xmas tree on display outside Takashimaya, photo taken when I went out shopping with Melly on tuesday. I bought some small xmas gifts for my friends, hairbands for me (I'm loving hairbands now!) and a pair of dramatic fake lashes for my mum's annual D&D. Shopping with Melly is always so fun and enjoyable.

My Christmas Eve was spent simply with my family, because my grandmother kind of sprained her muscle recently and couldn't walk very well :/ So yesterday, after eating the Christmas logcake, we just played mahjong until midnight, during which I won a lot of times xD Beginner's luck I guess. My Christmas day was spent reading books and procrastinating math. Hopefully tomorrow will be more fun, cos my mum says that she's taking me shopping tomorrow (Boxing Day). I think Christmas is still more fun in the West, where Santas hand out gifts in crowded shopping malls full of people doing last minute shopping and people eat proper Christmas dinners with turkeys with their families over a roaring fireplace while it's snowing outside on Christmas Eve. Singapore's Christmases always bores me, especially when I'm not even Christian and don't get to exchange gifts with people.

How was your Christmas?
Anyway, here's wishing everyone a Merry Christmas and a better 2009.
*muacks* I'll see y'all next year across the bridge.
