Une fille comme moi
Je t'aime plus que hier, moins que demain ♥
Welcome to the blog of a 17yearoldgirl, where she posts her mindless musings and ramifications.
This is extremely private;
cos this is where she dreams, sleeps and cries.
She lives.
"We can catch buses and count our change and cross the roads and talk real sentences.
but our innocence goes awfully deep,
and our discreditable secret is that we don’t know anything at all,
and our horrid inner secret is that
we don’t care that we don’t."
1st day of official school
Monday, February 02, 2009, 9:41 PM
Today was my first official day of school, with the O level track people coming in and everything. The first part of the lectures were horrible because the audi was packed full and I had to seat on the stairs listening to different lectures regarding the special subjects and programmes. It was so boring and unbearable but me and melly couldn't help thinking how normal we were afterwards because it's like we have been average all along - not in any special programmes or taking any other unconventional subjects. But I really am not interested in English Language & Linguistics, nor in KI, nor am I good enough for CSC or other chinese content based subjects. All my life I have just been "average".

Then for the second part of the lectures, I got a migraine listening to the teacher barking into the mic regarding the procedure for choosing subject combis. He was yelling into the mic and the loudspeaker was directly in front of where I was sitting. The noisiness of the high school boys didn't help either, seventeen years old already and still doesn't have the discipline level of a primary one girl. I mean, at least primary school girls know when to keep quiet when necessary and does it when the teacher said so D:

The first day of orientation wasn't as bad as I thought it would be, even though I don't really know the rest of the NY girls in my OG, I made instant friends with them and the other girls from other schools are really nice and friendly as well (: The guys are mostly ok too...but they are not that kind of super noisy and enthu kind like I saw from some other OGs. Today's icebreakers consisted of dog and bone, whacko, school tour, cheering and gross games that my OGL Lijie thought up off =.= Gross things like passing pocky sticks and tiny pieces of biscuits around with your mouth. And he made us bite off a tiny end of the pockys as we passed it around! D: It's so unhygienic, only guy OGLs will think of such gross things. A pity that the two guys next to me were all "ew" hahaha I didn't get to stand next to the 2 cute ones xD HAHAHA whatever la.

But actually I think sodache wasn't so bad after all, I really felt closer to the people in HC as a whole singing songs and doing stupid actions together with them. I hope tomorrow won't be so bad (:
